Life at the RMA
RMA is a happy place where children make close, long-lasting friendships through sharing many musical experiences and their passion for music.

We teach through love to music and with love and respect to our pupils, and their happiness and wellbeing are just as important for us as their musical achievements. Seeing their beaming smiles and happy faces gives us joy and inspiration to take them further and deeper with their music.

Every Sunday we fill the school with the sounds of different instruments and voices, as our pupils engage in various instrumental and group lessons, choir training and chamber music. Our ethos is that to progress in music, one needs to feel happy and have desire to learn. Whereas discipline is important, so is the motivation, and we always look for the ways to inspire the children and make their musical journeys exciting and rewarding.

Keeping fit and sporty is a must, so the children don’t miss any opportunity to get outside to run around and play games, mixing across different age groups!

Friendships made through love to music have no boundaries, and our older pupils take great care of their younger friends, be it in the classroom or at playtime.

Teachers and pupils also form long-lasting relationships built on mutual trust and being a source of inspiration for each other. When a lesson finishes, our work continues – we are constantly searching for the ways to make the learning process as effective as enjoyable as possible.

We make music everywhere – at the school,

in concert halls,

outside,

and even on boats!

We are there for our pupils at lessons and between them,
